Another day, another construction inspection!
Inspiration: Greige and Taupe… two of my absolute favorite accent tones in a palette, especially when balanced with off-white and off-black.
Palette inspiration - Fell in love with everything about this tree that must have washed up on the beach - the silver, off white, and taupe, the ripples and splits, lines and movement, if only I could have taken this back to the studio!
Stairs - they’re not built like they were when I was a kid! Inspecting a cantilevered stair I designed, for one of the coolest homes I’ve worked on.
Inspiration: A front door with texture, mixed materials, surface relief… all balanced in an understated way.
Inspiration: Stair Statement! One of my favorite parts of the home to design, the staircase should always be a “wow” moment.
