His passion for interior and architectural design drew him to New York City. For over a decade, he honed his craft as a senior designer and director on residential and commercial projects, leading talented teams celebrated on AD100 and Luxe Gold lists.

In 2019, he founded Franco Rivera Design, his Manhattan-based full-service design firm.

Today he serves clients nationwide, and his portfolio spans sleek urban lofts, classic city apartments, and bespoke new-construction homes.

Franco lives with his husband, Peter, in New York, and enjoys spending time at their Pennsylvania country home and beloved 1700s historic home in Old San Juan.
